Ranthambore, Delhi

Ranthambore

Ranthambhore is a distinctive place that supports the most important National park of India known as the “Ranthambhore National Park”.

It is spread over 400 sq kms, and has a grip of a network of lakes and rivers.

This is one of the parks that are famous for its tiger population. One of other things popular about this place is the most graceful and pleasing to the Ranthambhore fort.

This fort was built somewhere on the 944 A.D by a chuhan warrior. The internal setting of the fort is marvelously engraved and the most intriguing about this fort is that even a whisper can be heard. The dwelling is essentially bounded with incomparable different kinds of flowers and plants.

One of the easiest and fastest ways to get there is by air. The nearest airport would be from Jaipur that is about 180 km away which is connected by air from Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta, Jodhpur and Udaipur. Even railway is the second best option to choose from and Sawai Madhopur is the nearest railhead.

Ranthambhore is also conveniently connected by rail to Delhi, Jaipur, Bharatpur and Mumbai. If choosing to opt for the roadway then the best way is linked to major Rajasthan cities.

However it is also connected by road to Agra which is approximately about 275 kms, Bharatpur which is hardly again about 210 kms and Jaipur ranging 180 kms.

Some of the best season to visit Ranthambhore is anytime between from September end till the month of March. Most prominent languages spoken in this place are Hindi, Rajasthani and English and Ranthambhore National Park is one of the most popular places and is extremely famous amongst tourist.

Ranthambhore fort is situated on the edge at the top of the Aravali and Vindya Hill ranges. It is not relatively extensive and the total of Ranthambhore extent over 7 kilometers in boundary.
